The Chamgeliani Sisters are a trio coming from a long lineage of singers from the mountainous and isolated province of Svaneti. Singing their ancestor’s songs, which are believed to be thousands of years old, and accompanied by the chuniri (three-stringed spike fiddle), the sisters bring, together with the Didgori Ensemble, a unique take on myths and Georgian folklore of this part of Georgia.
The Chamgeliani Sisters will also perform with Basiani Ensemble at Arsonic – Mars - Mons arts de la scène.
